The 6th TTG meeting, organised by BODC (British Oceanographic Data Centre, UK), took place on Thursday 9 May 2019 and Friday 10 May 2019 (until 13:00) in the Conference Suite at Sensor City in Liverpool (UK).

BODC held an event to celebrate its 50th anniversary the previous day (Wednesday 8 May 2019) at The BlueCoat in Liverpool city centre. All attendees at the 6th TTG and 6th SG meetings were cordially invited.

A total of 39 participants attended the 6th TTG meetings + 1 remotely.

How to get there: Liverpool John Lennon Airport is approximately 12km from the city centre, with regular connections by bus and taxi. A taxi to the city centre is likely to cost about £15-20. Alternatively, Manchester Airport is also very accessible from central Liverpool, via regular trains (1-1.5 hrs) and coach (~1 hr).
