Coordination group

The entire consortium is represented in the Project Coordination Group (partners, subcontractors, and advisory board).

The roles of the Coordination Group can be summarised as follows:

  • Discuss and tune the content and coherence of the work plan activities,
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of the work plan activities,
  • Stimulated collaboration, exchange of knowledge and expertise between partners.

The Coordination Group meets once a year at plenary meetings, in total 5 times over the project duration.
